App Story
Sarah Hanley started Nawaehi as a massage therapist working by herself in her early 20s and has grown it over the course of more than 7 years into a dynamic company.
This journey spanned across regional South Australia and involved the gradual expansion of the business’s range of products and services offered by the business.
Social media content fuelled the growth of the company and slowly but surely Nawaehi continued to have success.
As the business began to grow, the back and forth of scheduling client appointments became a major administrative distraction.
Other solutions did not have enough customization the business needed to implement its unique brand and mix of services.
In particular, Sarah had personally found web booking platforms to be clunky at best. They often failed to remember login details and payment was not seamless.
At this stage Sarah discovered Platfio.

Developing a Custom App

What did Nawaehi Achieve?
The Nawaehi app was delivered in less than 1 week. On-time and under budget.
Nawaehi staff have been able to manage and customize the app themselves using the simple controls.
The app has grown and adapted with them as they added new product categories, subscription packages, and more.
In the spirit of this, Nawaehi is still building new features. In particular, a series of home manual therapy exercises which work with their products and services. So keep an eye out for that.
